You can join classes in Peru to learn Spanish and after class you will be amongst the local people forcing you to speak Spanish. You will in fact be busy learning Spanish in Peru after class every day. It may also be cheaper to learn Spanish in Peru than back in the States. A student who wants to learn Spanish in Peru should learn very quickly.
